Allen J. Hurley II

CEO & President

J. Allen Hurley II

J. Allen Hurley, II, is a successful entrepreneur across multiple industries including technology, real estate, automotive, private equity/startups among others. Hurley founded his first company in the Wireless Phone Industry   out of a neighbor’s garage.  While under his leadership the company grew to over 2700 employees, a quarter billion in annual sales, and was recognized as a pioneer in reverse logistics, repair and asset management. In 2005 Mr. Hurley and his brother formed a strategic partnership with the private equity company, Striker Partners, and took the company public through acquisition in 2010. He continues to be involved in the Wireless Industry serving as Partner in Flextech Solutions, LLC. 


Mr. Hurley is currently the President and CEO for Hurley Enterprise, LLC and Vision, LLC, which serve as the management firms for the Hurley portfolio of companies. Hurley Enterprise, LLC and Vision, LLC are entrepreneurial based companies with a heavy focus in commercial and residential real estate, automotive sales, digital technology, private equity and start-up companies. Over Mr. Hurley’s 32 years as an entrepreneur his companies have been recognized in Fortune Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing private companies in America, received the ACG Emerging Corporate Growth Award, recognized as The Business Journals top 100, among  many other Industry leadership awards. Hard work, an out of the box strategic vision, coupled with a unique sense for problem solving and relationship preservation continue to position Hurley Enterprise and Vision for success. Mr. Hurley believes “People do business with People”, and operates on a simple principle of “Said Done”; reinforcing you are only as good as your word! 


While being very involved as leader in his Bristol, Tennessee/Virginia community he has received several awards including: Tennessee Chancellors Award for Excellence in Philanthropy; Historical Heritage Alliance Award for Adaptive Reuse; Entrepreneur National Leadership Award; Historical Preservation Awards, President’s Award and Outstanding Alumni Award; Community Ambassador, NRA Host Ambassador.  Additionally, he serves on several non-profit boards across the region, including his family’s Love-N-People Foundation. He enjoys outdoor activities including golf, bird hunting, long range shooting, cars and racing, but his passion is spending time with his family and actively coaching the youth in the community.

Jazmin McClanahan serves as Director of Business Operations & Administration

 & Co-Owner of Hurley Enterprise LLC overseeing the administration and marketing aspects of the business. 


Holding a degree in Small Business Managment and also in Entreprenurial Studies, Jazmin has a proven track record of streamlining operations and development in strategic marketing in sales, Jazmin allows Hurley Enterprise to produce innovative solutions driving sustainability and growth to our commercial and residential real estate portfolio.  


Jazmin's organizational skills combined with her proactive approach allows our team to provide your business with an invaluable level of support and communication so that your company's team can focus on what they do best.


Her love and passion for the Bristol Community drove her to form a 501c3 charity called Love’n’people with a focus on uplifting children and falies in need as well as veterans in the Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virgina Regions.

Denise  Myers

Vice President

Denise holds her Bachelors of Science from  East Tennessee State University.  She began her professional career in a clinical capacity in Neurodiagnostics with then Bristol Regional Medical Center.   Her role quickly transitioned into a leadership position in which she managed multiple clinical, ancillary and support departments in Cardiology and Neurology.  Denise managed Neurovascular Services for 16 years, assisting in the development and implementation of several  state-of-the-art technologies and clinical programs within the Epilepsy Center, the Sleep Disorders Center, and Intra-operative Monitoring services provided through Neurophysiology and Neurovascular Services.  


As a member of a variety of Quality Focused teams and committees within Wellmont Health System, Denise actively participated in the strategic planning and development of the multiple departments in Neurovascular Service from clinical services, staff recruitment and development, capital and operational budgeting, to Quality Improvement and Collaborative Health Alliance development. 


In her current capacity as Executive Vice-President of  Vision, LLC, Denise is a key member of the Executive team.  She plays an active role in the tactical planning and  strategic decision making processes.  Vision, LLC is the Umbrella/Parent Company under which multiple companies with  very diverse platforms operate:  Foundation Event Facility, LLC (Event planning/hosting), City Centre, LLC (Professional Commercial Office Space), City Central, LLC (with clients:  620 Restaurant, Northeast State Community College at Bristol, and ACMA),  Montgomery, LLC, JAVN Enterprises, LLC, Jamestown, LLC,  H& H Enterprises, LLC,  among others.  Denise’s administrative role with the Vision, LLC team requires her hands-on interactions in planning, implementation, development, and nurturing  ambitious projects through all phases to success.   


Denise,  and her two sons are very involved in a variety of outdoor activities.  They enjoy hiking, scuba diving, snow skiing, and summers on the lake.  Denise is a member of the Executive Board for the East TN/SW VA division of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a Rotarian with Bristol Rotary Club, Bristol TN/VA Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and she and her sons are very active at Highlands Fellowship Church in Bristol, VA.   

Noah Hurley

Noah Hurley serves as Project & Program Management Director & Co-Owner for Hurley Enterprise LLC supervising projects from real estate to transaction-based deals.


As a seasoned property manager, Noah has cultivated a deep understanding of both residential and commercial property operations. His ability to identify key details—whether in design, functionality, or financial strategy—sets him apart as a leader who consistently elevates projects beyond expectations. From supervising day-to-day property management to guiding large-scale development initiatives, Noah’s expertise ensures that every asset under Hurley Enterprise’s portfolio is optimized for performance and profitability.


Noah’s comprehensive knowledge of property upkeep, maintenance, and operational efficiency allows him to anticipate challenges and implement solutions swiftly. His hands-on approach and ability to “fix things on the fly” have proven invaluable in maintaining the integrity and value of properties while minimizing disruptions. This adaptability not only strengthens Hurley Enterprise’s reputation for reliability but also enhances client confidence in the company’s ability to deliver results under any circumstance.a seasoned property manager, Noah's experience in overseeing residential and commercial properties allows him to have an eye for key details that are sure to help your business stand above and beyond. Having a comprehensive understanding of property operations, upkeep and maintenance, and being able to fix things on the fly plays a pivotal role in how Hurley Enterprise is able to enhance property value and overall success of our company's real estate portfolio.

Tonya Arnold, CPB

Finance Director

Tonya is a Certified Public Bookkeeper and a highly qualified accounting and financial executive with more than 30 years of a progressive career. She is responsible to manage and oversee the daily and monthly finances for any new or existing companies within Vision. She provides dashboards for upper management to include monthly financial reporting and system setup for newly acquired entities. She demonstrates ability to improve existing entities as she diligently reconstructs the accounting flow and trains associates in accounting and proper systems needed for the business to operate effectively.

Adept in providing leadership and direction in continually improving business and performance in developing strategy, approach, content, and structure.


Tonya possesses excellent interpersonal skills and capable of resolving multiple and complex issues.

She is also owner and operator of Accountable Solutions, thus increasing her accounting knowledge making her a great asset to the Vision, LLC team. As Finance Director, Tonya maintains billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, disbursements, payroll to include all monthly and quarterly reporting, and preparation of operating and capitol financial reports.
